Mini Review: 
Oh Joker, oh Harley... this was a fun issue but it was pretty uneventful in their timeline. The biggest plot points actually have to do with some backstory versus directly with Harley and Joker. I have a feeling they are things that Harley will eventually have to deal with after the Joker things. In this issue Joker and Red Tool go at it, Harley gets upset, and a lot of crazy political things are happening. I think this will be a good lead in to more fun times with the gang...
